Filipino Tamales - Toasted rice masa and shredded pork rib adobo wrapped and steamed in banana leaves [Soy, Sulphites]
Atchara- Green papaya pickle [Sulphites}
MainPochero- Chicken in a tomato braise with chorizo, chickpeas and sweetcorn, with fried plantains and broccoli [Fish]
Jasmine Rice
DessertLeche Flan - Condensed milk crème caramel sprinkled with latik (burnt coconut curds), with seasonal fruit [Dairy, Eggs]

In light of the powerful earthquake that hit northern Cebu in the Philippines on Tuesday 30th September, killing dozens and leaving many hundreds injured and homeless, Mark will donate 10% of his proceeds from the evening to relief efforts.
Additionally, there will be tickets available on the night for a raffle with some tasty food and drink prizes that we hope you will enjoy!
