It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Siren’s Caribbean Chocolate Cake Launch Day is always a highlight of our calendar and this year’s line up is looking rather decadent and delightful!
We have kegs of all 4 in the series (secured 20 litres of each this year) and super limited cans available (literally only 12 cans of each). As an official launch site there’ll be merch to giveaway.
We’ll start the line up by pouring Milk Chocolate Caribbean Cake and Darth By Caribbean Chocolate Cake.
Milk Chocolate Caribbean Chocolate Cake - (7.4%) - The heart of the Caribbean Chocolate Cake series, re-imagined in velvety Milk Chocolate. A sweet, creamy showcase of hand-roasted cacao nibs harmonised by Cypress wood spirals.
Dark Chocolate Caribbean Chocolate Cake - (7.4%) - The heart of the Caribbean Chocolate Cake series, re-imagined in decadent Dark Chocolate. A rich, intense showcase of hand-roasted cacao nibs harmonised by Cypress wood spirals.
Deconstructed Barrel Aged Death By Caribbean Chocolate - (8.4%) - Bourbon-aged cacao nibs, ageing on our used barrel staves and an infusion of soaked Cypress wood bring depth and complexity to this rich, delicious and very much unbarreled Caribbean Chocolate Cake.
Darth By Caribbean Chocolate Cake - (14%) - Siren X Emperor’s Brewery so you know this is going to be insane! The crescendo of Caribbean Chocolate Cake series! Rich, thick and indulgent with additions of hand-roasted cacao, aromatic Amburana wood and silky vanilla.
