Thursday 19th November is Beaujolais Nouveau Day and we’ll be pouring the first wine of the season in celebration of this fresh from harvest French Wine!
French law says nobody can sell Beaujolais Nouveau before the third Thursday of November. So on this day, barrels and bottles everywhere crack open and lands in glasses across the world on the same night!
Expect a young red wine made from 100% Gamay grapes. Bright, juicy, candy-like red fruit notes and barely any tannin. Notoriously juicy stuff!
There’ll be a Brie Board at the ready for everyone joining us to raise a glass or two!
